Ingredients

(all from Coles)

  • Salmon
  • Asian Crunchy Salad Mix
  • Chilli
  • Coconut Basmati Rice

Sauce

  • Soy Sauce
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Rice Malt Syrup (or honey)

Method

  1. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, add salmon and cover with sauce, let it sit to marinate for 10 if you have time.
  2. Place salmon on baking paper, add the sauce, wrap like a present & place a toothpick in the centre to hold! Put in your air fryer for 20!
  3. While the salmon cooks, cook rice, serve salad.
