Ingredients
(all from Coles)
- Salmon
- Asian Crunchy Salad Mix
- Chilli
- Coconut Basmati Rice
Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Chilli Flakes
- Rice Malt Syrup (or honey)
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, add salmon and cover with sauce, let it sit to marinate for 10 if you have time.
- Place salmon on baking paper, add the sauce, wrap like a present & place a toothpick in the centre to hold! Put in your air fryer for 20!
- While the salmon cooks, cook rice, serve salad.
