Whereas therapists tend to explore the pain of your past through a relatively passive, diagnostic lens, a trauma coach supports you to move forward and THRIVE in life. That includes challenging your habits, celebrating your successes and guiding you through every step of the healing process. Learnings gained through coaching can inform your therapy sessions in new, invaluable ways – and vice versa.

For complete convenience, trauma coaching sessions take place online over Zoom. Each weekly session lasts approximately one hour. That said, the structure and schedule of trauma coaching is always personalised to your needs.

While I’m based in Australia, time zones are not an issue for my flexible schedule. Wherever you live, we’ll make it work

Please make sure you have a journal and pen for your trauma coaching session, which you should join from a peaceful, distraction-free space. An open mind and genuine commitment to heal are also essential.

As far as logistics go, available times for our weekly sessions will be mapped out during your initial discovery call. Afterwards, you’ll receive your login to your exclusive client portal, where you can keep track of your coaching progress, notes and upcoming sessions in one place.

The amount of sessions you will need depends entirely on your unique circumstances. Childhood trauma healing is an individual path that rests on a range of factors, from the type and extent of childhood trauma experienced to your current mindset and stage of recovery.

My mission as your trauma coach is not to keep you as a client forever, but to get you to the point where you can lead the life you’ve always wanted ASAP.
