Vegetarian Burritos

You will need:

2 cans of black beans

1 brown onion (diced)

Sliced mushrooms

1 Capsicum (diced)

1 zucchini (diced)

1 can diced tomatoes

1 packet taco seasoning


Cook diced onion until softened, add in vegetables until soft. Add diced tomatoes, black beans & taco seasoning. Sauté for 10 minutes and serve with burritos, taco shells, and your favourite toppings (avocado, sour cream, spinach, tomatoes, cheese!)
