Episode 10 is shared with Lauren Oliver, Founder of Mums Who Wine.
Lauren is mum of two young boys with her third little one of the way. Previously working in a fast paced highly demanding and stressful corporate role as a solicitor, she made the bold decision to embark on a business idea that would change the lives of women all over Australia.
With the support of her husband Mark, Lauren launched Mums Who Wine.
Mums who wine is an organisation that is passionate about creating avenues for mums to invest in their own self care and mental health. Many mothers are isolated, even in supportive communities, so they want to help connect them with other mums and spread their message that #selfcaresaves.
Mum’s Who Wine’s mission is to create opportunities for every mother in every community to find their tribe and make meaningful connection. Mums Who Wine passionately supports PANDA, and their mission to raise awareness and reduce the stigma associated with Perinatal Anxiety and Depression.
