Episode 32 with Sabine McKenzie. Sabine is a Body Image Educator, Physio, ED (Eating Disorder) Recovery Mentor and Mum of twin girls. In 2016, Sabine founded ‘Core Confidence’ a business model with a goal to bring positive body eestem to young people. This came about in response to her personal experience with an eating disorder, poor body image and a controlling inner critic.
She has introduced ED preventative education to schools and local communities in Perth, Western Australia.
In this episode Sabine shares her recovery from an eating disorder. She talks about ways we make sustainable lifestyle changes to integrate a positive relationship with food and exercise. She also talks about why she is fighting to break the rules surrounding diet culture.
Sabine opens up about her experiences as a mum of twins and her how she has navigated her post partum journey, and her relationship with herself throughout this season of motherhood.
